From our very first consultation to the final artwork, we will cater to your individual needs and ensure that your pet’s unique personality shines through in every image. 1. Pre-Session Consultation/Booking

During this consultation, you’ll have a chance to discuss what you’re looking for in the photographs and what type of session you’re interested in, such as an outdoor session at the beach or woods or a studio session. You can also discuss any specific requests or ideas you may have, and the photographer can give you advice on what to wear or bring to the session.

After the consultation, you’ll receive a booking contract and invoice for your session fee, which is typically due in advance to secure your spot. You’ll also receive a detailed guide on how to prepare for your session, including tips on grooming your dog, choosing the perfect location, and what to bring.

In order to secure your preferred booking date and time, we do require a booking/confirmation fee. This fee will be credited towards your order on the day of your design/ordering appointment.

2. The Session

There will be plenty of time to allow your furry friend to acclimate and feel at ease in the new environment. If your dog is initially anxious or nervous, no need to worry – there’s no rush and we’ll ensure that your pet has plenty of time to relax until they’re ready.

Our photo sessions are not only enjoyable for your dogs, but also for their owners! So, bring your beloved pet(s) and let’s have some fun capturing their unique personality and spirit on camera.

Our dog portrait sessions typically last between 45 minutes to an hour, during which we’ll create a variety of poses and looks. Prior to the shoot, we’ll provide guidance on what to bring, and if their humans are going to be photographed to we will advise on what to wear.

3. Design & Ordering appointment

After the session, we’ll schedule a design and ordering appointment. During this appointment, you’ll have a chance to view the best photos from the session and choose your favourites. We’ll also help you decide on the best format for your photos, such as framed prints, canvases, or folio boxes.

If you’re having trouble deciding on which photos to choose, don’t worry! we’ll guide you through the process and offer our professional opinion. we’ll also show you examples of different products and how they’ll look in your home.

At Offley Photography, we strongly believe that your cherished photographs should be showcased using only the finest professional-grade products. That’s why we don’t offer the option to purchase digital images separately – our studio is dedicated to providing print-based services.

However, you’ll receive matching digital files as part of Collection and Wall Art purchases.

All of our collections and wall art can be financed with our in-house interest free payment plan.

4. Your Artwork is delivered

Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll get to work on creating your custom artwork. This process can take a few weeks, depending on the complexity of the order. Once your artwork is ready, we’ll schedule a delivery or pickup time.

When you receive your artwork, you’ll be amazed at how beautiful your dog looks! Whether you chose a large canvas or a small folio box, your photographs will be a cherished keepsake that you’ll treasure for years to come.
