The Perfect Choice – Modern Family Photography Style.

For this session, Mum and Dad wanted fun and  informal images in a modern family photography style,  taken at their session with their little girl who was 16 months old.

To me this style is lovely to capture, they are a world away from when my Grandad photographed families in his studio with them now being a lot more dynamic in nature, capturing a more natural and playful mood and interactions between family members.

At the session I photographed a combination of all family together, mum with toddler, dad with toddler and toddler on her own, so that they had a full and varied combination of photographs to choose from.

With the modern family photography style, each session is different as I’m capturing the dynamic of the family and personalities which are always different in every sitting, so each session is a true reflection of your family relationship.

Their wonderful wall cluster was collected a couple of weeks ago by my client and I couldn’t wait to blog about them.  Perfect for the modern family photography style.  A really striking range of images from close up to full length, definitely one of my favourites is the family photograph, every time I look at it, it makes me smile, the little one is having a great time!
