Terms & Conditions by booking/purchasing a session with us or purchasing/using a gift voucher you agree to the following terms and conditions:


You agree to attend a session at a pre-agreed date and time (subject to availability of Offley Photography). Certain types of session may only be available on specific days and times only. 


Some portrait sessions require you to pay a session fee or a participation fee to secure your booking. Session fees and participation fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Unless otherwise stated your session fee covers just the time of the photographer and does not include any products or digital images.


For sessions where a deposit is required, including promotional sessions, competition winners or gift voucher sessions, a deposit of £25 is taken to secure your session with us. This will automatically be discounted off any products you purchase at your viewing and ordering session. If you make no purchase your deposit will be refunded providing that you (a) have not cancelled your session/appointment, (b) attended your portrait session and (c) attended your follow-up viewing and ordering session. Deposits will not be refunded in the event of cancellation (or if you do not attend all sessions/appointments).


All sessions and appointments may only be booked by a person 18 years or older. If a subject is under 18 years of age, a responsible adult will need to attend and sit in during any appointments or sessions.


If you’re running behind schedule, please inform us promptly. We allow a grace period of up to 10 minutes for sessions to start late. Beyond that, your session may need to be cancelled or rescheduled, subject to availability, with a re-scheduling fee of £25. To reschedule, we require at least 5 days’ notice. A non-refundable £25 fee may apply for rescheduling a shoot. Rescheduling is limited to once per session. For viewing sessions, a non-refundable £25 fee is also applicable for rescheduling. Failure to attend a session or notify us in time may result in the loss of your booking fee, deposit, and any associated credit or products. Additional restrictions may apply to promotional or free sessions.


If you or anyone in your group tests positive before your session, please refrain from attending and notify us promptly. We may offer to reschedule your session for a later date, subject to availability, within 30 days of your original appointment. Please note that session fees are non-refundable or transferable. We will only reschedule if there is availability, and if none is found within 30 days, you may be offered an alternative slot with an additional booking charge. Please understand that we are not obligated to reschedule appointments cancelled due to Covid.


You will only be regarded as a new customer if you have not attended or booked a session/appointment in the past. If you have booked and cancelled a session/appointment with us in the past you will be regarded as an existing customer and will not be eligible for new customer promotions or offers.


Gift cards must be redeemed for your photo session within 6 months of purchase, or they will expire. They cannot be combined with other discounts or offers and must be used as outlined. Only one gift card per family per year is permitted, meaning you cannot have more than one special offer family photoshoot within a 12-month period. Additionally, gift cards cannot be used to purchase photographs from a previous session. They are non-transferable, and Offley Photography bears no responsibility for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards. No replacements or compensations will be provided under such circumstances. Holders can verify their gift card balance by contacting Offley Photography directly.


Occasionally, we provide promotional or complimentary photoshoots, limited to one per household/family*, unless otherwise specified. If you’ve previously had a shoot with us (or have one scheduled for the future), you (or your family or household) are ineligible for a complimentary shoot, unless stated otherwise. Free promotional products, like prints or frames, cannot be swapped for other items or used toward another product’s value. Each subject/attendee may only participate in one shoot, and there’s no cash alternative. Promotional shoots are non-transferable and may not be rescheduled. However, upon request (at the studio’s discretion), you may be offered a new slot for a re-booking fee. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any services or products offered for free or promotional sessions without prior notice. Dates and times for your photoshoot may vary. * Household refers to individuals living together or sharing a postal address. * Family includes immediate and extended relatives (e.g., children, parents, grandparents) considered part of the same family unit.


Participants in our competitions must be 18 years or older; those under 18 will be disqualified and lose prize entitlement. Only one entry per household is permitted. Dates and times for photoshoot availability may vary. You may need to present a voucher/confirmation during booking or at your session. Prizes can only be claimed and used by the notified individual and cannot be transferred. They cannot be given to others or used alongside other offers. Offley Photography reserves the right to withdraw or amend prizes without notice. There is no cash alternative. Winners will be notified via email after the competition ends, and we will attempt to contact them twice within 14 days. Failure to respond within this timeframe forfeits the prize, and Offley Photography may select a new winner. Our decisions regarding the prize draw are final, and no correspondence will be entertained. Additional competition rules may also apply.


The provision of complimentary product credit is entirely at the discretion of the studio and may be revoked or altered without prior notice. Product credit is solely applicable to specified products/services and cannot be combined with any other offers. It holds no cash value and cannot be converted into cash. Unused product credit will not be refunded. This offer is exclusive to new customers and limited to one per household.


Periodically, we may issue vouchers for a complimentary session to schools, charities, or other organisations, either to support fundraising efforts or to express appreciation for loyalty. These vouchers are valid for a maximum of six months from the date they are dispatched from the studio, not from the date they are received by the recipient organization. To book a session using such a voucher, a deposit of £25 is required. This deposit will be refunded upon attendance at both the photoshoot and the sales session, or it can be applied as a discount toward any products purchased. Failure to attend both sessions will result in forfeiture of the deposit and any complimentary products (if applicable). Complimentary sessions do not include printed or digital images unless otherwise specified. Only one voucher per household is permitted per year. We reserve the right to terminate complimentary voucher programs at our discretion. These vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, regardless of whether they were acquired through a raffle or fundraiser.


We reserve the right to use your images for marketing/promotional use.
