With our wealth of experience spanning decades, we offer families an outstanding portrait service that follows a simple four-step process.

Here at Offley Photography, we understand the importance of getting to know your family, their unique personalities, and your style preferences. Whether you lean towards capturing candid moments or prefer a more relaxed, posed approach, we’re here to accommodate your preferences, often blending both styles for the perfect mix.

We’re also here to lend a hand in selecting the ideal outfits for your session to guide you through the options for displaying your cherished portraits. Crafting portraits that you’ll treasure and proudly showcase in your home for years to come is not just a job for us but a true honour and joy.

1. Pre-Session Consultation/Booking

Every session is customised to our clients to ensure we capture the best images possible for you so we’ll start with a pre-session consultation over video call or in-person at the studio.

This will only take 15-20 minutes and it’s a great opportunity for us to find out who you’d like to have photographed and design the style of the images we capture for you. It also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and get a feel for what the session will be like.

In order to secure your preferred booking date and time, we do require a booking/confirmation fee. This fee will be credited towards your order on the day of your design/ordering appointment.

2. The Session

Get ready for an exciting experience as we capture your special moments during your photo session. We specialise in a diverse range of genres, including family portraits with dogs, newborns, siblings, grandparents, and more. We highly recommend bringing your whole family along so we can capture the entire group together.

Our photo sessions typically last between 45 minutes to an hour, during which we’ll create a variety of poses and looks. Prior to the shoot, we’ll provide guidance on what to wear, and you’re welcome to bring multiple outfits to change into during the session.

When you arrive, we’ll review all the clothing and accessories you’ve brought along and help you create stunning looks that you’ll cherish for a lifetime. Remember, don’t hesitate to bring extra items as we believe in having plenty of options to choose from.

3. Cinematic Viewing

Get ready to dive into your memories during your design appointment! A few days after your photoshoot you’ll be invited back to the studio where we’ll show you a beautiful slideshow of your photos so you can relive those special moments. Together, we’ll pick out your favourites and start designing wall displays and products that match your style and home.

At Offley Photography, we believe in top-quality artwork. Our photos are made by an award-winning lab, and we offer lots of different products to choose from. While we focus on prints, when you buy a Collection or Wall Art, you’ll also get digital files. And don’t worry about payment – you can spread the cost with our interest-free payment plan.

4. Enjoy!

After your design appointment, your finished wall displays and folio boxes will be delivered to you directly in approximately 6-8 weeks, (provided that you have paid in full).
