Yes, they’re valid for 6 months. If they’re close to expiry and you haven’t booked yet, just let us know and we can usually extend your voucher for a short period. Unfortunately, vouchers that have already expired cannot be accepted.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. However, if you no longer require the product or service listed on the gift voucher, you can use the value towards one of our other products and services within the original valid date.
Yes! If you have a budget which is over our starter package of £95, simply contact us and we can arrange a voucher for the extra monetary value to be sent for them to spend as they wish at their viewing session.
